PURCIG® starter kits come with a buyer satisfaction guarantee. This means up to 30 days from your purchase you can return your PURCIG® starter kit plus any un used cartridges for any reason. When the product is received you will be refunded (minus shipping cost and used cartridge cost). PURCIG® products are also covered by a 90 day manufacturer warranty. For PURCIG® to honor the 90 day warranty you must mail the completed warranty card in a self stamped envelope within 7 business days. The warranty card can be found in your PURCIG® starter kit. When the defective product is received it will be inspected to determine weather or not the product failure is a result of user miss use, such as water damage or impact. Water damage and damages caused be by a drop against a had surface as well as bent or broken PRUCIG's will not be covered by the 30 day buyer satisfaction guarantee or the 90 day manufacturer warranty.
